Current Vice President
 

John Hyde currently serves as Vice President of the Pine Ridge POA Board, where he has worked to bring important community issues to light and help protect the long-term interests of Pine Ridge residents.
 

John believes strong community leadership requires transparency, accountability, and active involvement from residents.
 

Protecting the Pine Ridge Community
 

During his time on the board, John has been instrumental in identifying and addressing issues that impact Pine Ridge. His goal is to ensure that community leadership continues to focus on protecting:

John supports a proactive Board of Directors that provides strong oversight of POA operations while encouraging more residents to participate in community leadership.

John believes the strength of Pine Ridge comes from neighbors who are willing to step forward and serve.

John brings extensive leadership and operational experience from a long career in business and consulting, including roles in:
 

• Utility infrastructure consulting and disaster recovery

• Corporate operations and service delivery

• Sales, marketing, and business development leadership
   

His background includes executive and leadership roles with organizations such as:
 

• Hy-Oak Services

• Fiberlene Filters

• Automatic Data Processing (ADP)

• Florida Power & Light

• American Banker Insurance Group
   

This experience gives John the perspective needed to help guide responsible decision-making for the Pine Ridge community.
 

Community Service
 

John has a long history of service both inside and outside Pine Ridge.
 

Within Pine Ridge he has served as:
 

• Vice President – Pine Ridge POA Board

• Architectural Design Committee Chair

• Finance Committee member
   

These roles have given him firsthand experience with the issues affecting Pine Ridge residents.
