Protecting Property Values and the Master Plan
 

Diane’s top priority is protecting the value of Pine Ridge properties by defending the Pine Ridge Master Plan, which guides how land can be developed in the future.
 

Preserving the integrity of the Master Plan helps ensure that Pine Ridge remains the community residents invested in and chose to call home.
 

Supporting Community Amenities
 

As Pine Ridge continues to grow, Diane supports open community discussions about future recreational amenities so they reflect the needs and interests of residents.
 

Her goal is to ensure that Pine Ridge continues to provide opportunities for neighbors to gather, enjoy the outdoors, and strengthen the community.
 

Safety and Infrastructure
 

Diane is committed to addressing important safety and infrastructure concerns within the community, including:
 

• Road safety at equestrian crossings

• Road maintenance and repairs

• Monitoring issues related to sand mine digging that could impact the aquifer
   

Protecting Pine Ridge’s natural resources and ensuring safe roads are critical to maintaining our quality of life.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management

• Florida Licensed Real Estate Professional

• Educator in Hillsborough County Schools for 13 years

• Vice President of Southwynd Construction
   

Within Pine Ridge, Diane has already been active in community advocacy as:

Secretary – Save Pine Ridge Golf Course Master Plan

In this role she has helped coordinate community outreach, interact with residents, and communicate with Citrus County officials.
